Foam and plastic take more than 30 years to decompose and are some of the largest pollutants to our local rivers, lakes, and oceans.

In fact, whenever possible, we do not use any foam or plastic products for take out orders. That’s why we no longer serve plastic straws in any of our drinks. We believe in doing what we can to protect the environment and our planet. We hope you have enjoyed all the “train shots” along the way! We are a progressive small business and we support many local, state and national organizations and nonprofits. We had no idea where this journey was going to take us back then, but it sure has been an amazing ride! Thank you for jumping on the train with us.
